1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your rental of any equipment from Ibiza Jet Riders, including Jet Skis, Seabobs, Wakeboards, and Yachts. By reserving and using the equipment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. General Rental Terms

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change depending upon the month and season. Please contact us for current pricing information.
• Cancellations: Cancellations received at least 48 hours in advance of the rental start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded. Any changes requested less than 48 hours before the rental start time cannot be accommodated.
• Boat Rental Inclusions: While specific inclusions vary by yacht, most rentals include crew, beverages, towels, full insurance, snorkeling equipment, and harbor mooring. Please refer to the individual yacht description on our website or contact us for a current and detailed list of inclusions.

3. Jet Ski Rentals

• Deposit: A security deposit of €1500 is required for each Jet Ski rental.
• Fuel: Fuel is not included in the rental price. You will be responsible for refueling the Jet Ski upon its return.
• Price per Hour: Please contact us directly for hourly rental rates.
• License: A valid nautical license for operating Jet Skis is required. Know more
• Monitor: Full-day monitor services are available for an additional fee of €150.

4. Seabob Rentals

• VAT: The rental price does not include Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21%.
• Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance shall be paid before boarding.

5. Wakeboard Rentals

• Equipment: All necessary equipment, including wakeboards and safety gear, are included in the rental price.
• Instructor: Professional instructors are available to guide and teach beginners.

6. Liability

By renting any equipment from Ibiza Jet Riders, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for any damage or loss sustained by the rented equipment during your rental period.
• You agree to operate the equipment in a responsible manner and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use any illegal substances while operating watercraft.
• You will treat our crew and other guests with respect.
• You release Ibiza Jet Riders of any liability for damages or losses incurred during your rental period.

7. Insurance

Ibiza Jet Riders maintains insurance coverage for its equipment. Additionally, we strongly recommend that customers obtain personal travel insurance.
